Need help with compiled server.

Can anyone guide my how to make my own server folder with the Apache and MySQL in it ??
I really need some help. I have tryed putting the Compiled server into a repack and launch it as ArcEmu does.
but it doesnt connect to the SQL. +rep to the one that can solve my problem..

To The SQL? you mean to the Database? well then you have to change the Database port to the correct one. This can be done in your config files. When you create a Db you pick the port. You can probably just look it up in the properties.
