quest db flag issues

Ok i'm actually using Keazian's repacks. However some quests. for example the quest that starts the blood elf voidwalker for warlock. QUEST ID 10788 isn't available to me. I've checked the NPC and it has it the quest already. Digging further going into the DB found entry 10788 looking at the table. Now there are flags for each field such as required race and class. These values are set to:

RequiredRaces : 546
RequiredClass: 256

I found the arcemu quest DB wiki. (Quests - Wiki)

now are these flags on the wiki right? or the ones in the database right? because going by the wiki

it should:

RequiredRaces : 512
RequiredClass: 256

Other things like the Tauren druid bear form quest start as well as the aquatic form quest are bugged the same way.

Any help would be of much help.

Also another little problem of mine, no big deal though. Is there a way to change Keazain's hearthstone which currently ports you to any main location you chose. Back to the default. (porting only back to home point inn). I'm pretty sure I'd just have to recompile but before I do all that. I thought i'd ask.

I'm not asking what i have to do with the quest.

I'm asking why the quest isn't working and what are the world database flags for the quests for RACE and CLASS. The quest is bugged i'm trying to fix it.
