need help with skills

so basically my problem is that I want to add skills to class that dont have have them by default (dual wield paladin, priest with mail armor etc)
I have a mangos server (ShadowDark's release) and it seems that it doesn't have a skill learning command. I tryed to modify directly the char db but that doesn't seems to work.
So if anyone has any ideas (or knows a mangos repack that can do that) pls let me know.
