need help with weapon skills

Hi, I have a mangos private server, took it from this forum (ShadowDark's release) and I have, more or less, a problem with weapon skills. Basically I want to add skills to class that don't have them by default (for example: dual wield paladin, or priest with mail armor, u get the idea).
It doesn't seem to have a specific command for this, so if anyone has any idea on how can I do this (or if u know an other repack that will work as good as ShadowDark's release and has a command to add skills) pls let me know.
