[Questions] Npc Weapons & Mount

Is there a way you can put a command into a Lua script where the selected Npc would equip a weapon and mount?

Something like :Equip(the ID here) or something along the lines like that?

And like for mounting :Mount or something?

And answers would greatly be appreciated.
