[Question] Race to Naga without Showing armor/npc weapons

I know it is possible to chance a race into Naga, whatever. But they look HORRIBLE with gear on, so I was wondering if there is a guide somewhere(Couldn't find one =( ) where it explains how to keep armor from showing up on player models(I assume it's possible, due to things like forms, noggenfogger, etc)

And also if it is possible to add weapons to NPCs, mainly pets. I want to make my Orc hunter with a cat into a double naga team(How cool would that be omg? =D ) I've already changed the cat to look like a Naga no problem he just goes around hitting things with his fists, is all =P

I've been lurking around here for a hot minute, but this is the first thing I've found that didn't seem impossible and yet had no guides.
