lua and c++ how to add to server???

i have done alot of private servers

but i have never tryed to add lua scripts and c++ so i just want to know
how i add something like this to my server

First you need to learn how to compile, Then learn how to compile a dll. i would suggest learning them first. Search for sectorseven's guide on the DLL and 2d's or sectors again on how to compile.
