Request Help With Web Site Please

I used this post to make my account page:

Great work there~!

Need advice on the edit and what all i can put in to bring the page up,
i had the page viewable by myself but no one else could see it when it was port 80
But because my isp blocks 80, so i changed this in http.conf to port 81,
(scanned port and is open)
so now that i changed the port what are the steps i need to get the page up,
i tried:
atawow.game-host.org
atawow.game-host.org/index
atawow.game-host.org/index:81
atawow.game-host.org:81
127.0.0.1
127.0.0.1:81
just getting page can not be found now. uhhhg



Mangos...I have wamp, started and online etc. (restart wamp when ever i make changes to edit)
currently have the conf. file as this::::

Yes I had all that changed It actually was the fact that my host file wasn't edit correctly thank you so much for your help +rep :P
