GM Command Edit Scripts

I just want some scripts or someway of editting the core so these things are possible.. and im using the newest rev of ArcEmu

1. gobject/npc spam protection so gms cant spawn or delete more then 1 thing per 5-10 seconds

2. If possible.... Disabling of GM status in only certain zones..

3. Disabling of Using gm commands on other players so gms can't activate cheats or modify things on players

No one will really want to make those edits for you, but here are the files you need to edit for game master commands.
Directory: /trunk/src/xxxx-world/
Files: Chat.cpp / Chat.h / Level1.cpp / Level2.cpp / Level3.cpp

lol if you wnt that kind of GMs, why you want GMs then? What is the purpose of a GM who cant help players or hardly?
