How do you setup a vote page on your website for MaNGOS?

How do you setup a vote page on your website for MaNGOS?
Is there a certain site to go to b/c I've seen a lot of the same kinds of vote pages, Example:

They all look like this page:

Is there a script to post on your site or something to make it look like that b/c Ive seen at least 35 pages with that same look?

thats for a pop-up Aznex which is cool and all but im looking to setup an actual page for voting like the one I linked as an example...

Just take the code for that one (the one you posted) and edit the PHP to the correct tables in mangos.
Its pretty easy, just read it, and fix the things that don't look right.

The one i linked is someone elses and i dont have the script to post it its just an example of wjat im looking for since so many people have that same vote page...

ask one of those sites where they got that voting script then? they will have to give credits since they took it from someone else obviously

Aznex, the ones you posted are Ascent notice the different table names, for example in MaNGOS it's mail_blabla_bla and in Ascent it's only mail

When he originally posted he didn't have mangos and stuff included he switched it later i'm pretty sure
and he should still be able to change the names I guess
