Others Connecting to Registration

Can anyone help me have others connect to my registration page? It just says "page can not be displayed", I'm using WAMP, have port 80 forwarded, changed the port apache listens to on both 8080 and 8000, where i myself could not even connect. Please help.

Did u edit all the config files correctly? cause I saw your other thread and I'm really starting to wonder whats wrong here.

I only needed to edit one, i believe, it was just the DB username/pass and the Internal IP

Try using someone elses, see if that works.

I tried someone elses' still nothin, i is not a noob at java programming anyways lol
