[Question]How can other people connect to my website?

I am using Wamp Server and I've looked at many guides on how to set up a website for a private server, but I didn't really understand them. I used to be able to go to the website by typing in my Dynamic DNS Host name, but now with my new computer I can't. What I need to know is how I can get myself and other people to connect to my website by typing my Dynamic DNS host name in the address bar.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. (I'm such a newb to this stuff.) But by opening ports do you mean configuring a firewall to allow access to them? Or just like forwarding ports? Because I did both. Please forgive me if I'm wrong. I'm just not that good with computers. Well, good night but please anyone try to answer this question. Its so late its actually early.
