This is because mysql, or apache or both are not ruunning. You must start them first. Depending on which repack you have, there are different files to run in order to get mysql running. Different repacks have different file modifications. Another words, run mySQL.

i still get the same error. it's the file that just says "MYsql" on it right? if it is, then all i get is a black window and a beep, then the window closes.

Press Cntrl alt delete and see if Mysql-nt or Mysql or mysql-nd or anything is running ... if not you need to start it.. which means going to wherever you installed Mysql and running the EXE file.. If you cant figure that out you can download a AC-WEB repack which comes with a preinstalled version of Mysql and a control panel to start everything..

i tried, it just gives me a little black window for about a second, a little beep and then it closes. nothing appears on ctrl+alt+delete or anywhere. i looked under processes and programs to see if anything was running.
