can't connect to Mysql server on localhost

i tried, it just gives me a little black window for about a second, a little beep and then it closes. nothing appears on ctrl+alt+delete or anywhere. i looked under processes and programs to see if anything was running.

try running MySQL-nt file, that black screen popping up should last somewhat longer and it DOES show up in taskmanager.

then I think you're better of uninstalling and reinstalling it all..

Restart your computer Mysql usually restarts with it.. If that doesnt work just download a AC web repack with the control panel.. you dont have to use their database or their Revision.. just use it for Mysql.. or reinstall Mysql.

i reinstalled mysql and now i can access sqlyog and i'm assuming my server again. i jsut have one last question. how do i import a item i've created from wow vendetta?

Well inside of Sqlyog or navicat once you access your Database theres a Tab that says Query.. You copy the Query given to you from WOW-v and post it.. i think they actually give you your items in SQLS now.. so simply right click your database and select execute batch file and select teh SQL you got from WOW-v....
