create a new race?

Im looking to become a goblin on my server but I want to really be a goblin not just morph everytime I get on. Is there a way for me to add a race to the sql file that has the same displayid? and what catagory would it be under because there isnt really a "Race" catagory.

There are a bunch of guides on here showing how to get goblins on your server and such.. It involves alot of editing of the playercreate tables and such.
