Custom Item help

I was wondering if there is any solution to fixing custom armors so that they can be enchanted. Custom weapons are enchantable but the armors aren't. I looked over both sqls to try and compare and I'm just not seeing what allows or disallows the enchanting. Anyone know what you can do to fix this? Again my problem is I cant get my CUSTOM armors enchanted but my CUSTOM weapons are enchantable.

They can be enchanted if you do it with another player and use the This item will not be traded window..
