npc battlemaster and gm command

hi i have two problems:
1)I don't know how to fix the battlemasters of av and eye.If you have a fix..can you link it to me??
2)In the other release of ascent there was the command .additem but now there isn't.HELP pls

1. its an npc flag problem easily fixed cant remember flag though
2. it is .char additem

Change the NPCflags of your NPC to - 2048'
If you don't know howto add ite to your NPC,
I'm sure there are some guides, so search for it.

help..i have insert into the console of navicat
update creature_proto set npcflags=2048 where entry=14942;
but it not work and now appear the hand when I focus on it
