Teleporter Item?

Does anyone know how i should make the item teleporter. What flags etc in DB. I got the script. Just need the item.

You need to add a spell to the item (i guess 33204, but not sure), so that it gets gossip.

I think that one should work, I have this item as an Teleportation Stone on my server, Works perfectly. Just make sure you edit the RED.
