I don't see how... just update your database with latest world updates.

so ur saying i just need to replace my dbc folder and the arcemu.exe or just the dbc? cause i been updateing my dbc folder like everytime notthing change

Download the Arcemu files.. There will be a SQL called world_structure..

Load that into an EMPTY database you added in Navicat...

Look at the Creature spawns and find out what field your missing and WHERE it is.. '

OR which field you HAVE that the empty DATABASE doesnt..

Once you've figured that out make those changes on your OWN database.. Then restart should be fine.. You can also use this to get rid of the errors such as

Load failed Expected 60 and got 61! that comes up for some databases if you dont run all the of the SQL's that come with a release..(ive seen alot of people getting the Login failed error because of this)..
