Quest Malfuntion

Everything looks fine when I accept my quest, but then when I accept the quest it looks all wierd, the reward is blank, and the item objective is blank, and a npc thats not even on the quest anymore is still on there, but then when i do the thing supposed to in the quest, it allows me to turn it in and get the reward. What is this?

Is it a custom quest? or a normal WOW one? if its a custom quest theres a chance you filled the wrong info in in the wrong fields.. if its a normal wow one its likely you have a faulty quest database and i would recommend downloading another one..
