Add spells to trainers

Hello,
I just wonder if any one can give me a guide to how i can add the "Stands" for warriors and the diffrent form for Druids "Bear,dire Bear,Fly,Epic Fly,aqua,"
+Rep to that one who can help me.

Is simple use this query but change where I say put.....the rest let it like this.
INSERT INTO trainer_spells
(`entry`, `cast_spell`, `learn_spell`, `spellcost`, `reqspell`, `reqskill`, `reqskillvalue`, `reqlevel`, `deletespell`, `is_prof`)
VALUES
(PUT_ENTRY_OF_NPC, 0, PUT_ID_OF_SPELL, PUT_SPELLCOST, 0, 0, 0, PUT_LVL_REQUIERED, 0, 0);

Yup u need know the req spell id, search on wowhead for ex ;P
