How can i make a zone free for all pvp? like in arena what number is that?

Not all to hard to find, just look for the STV arena, see what ID it has, and change whatever zone you want to that ID/Number!

Man this isnt working for me I changed zone 415 to 19496 and saved it. Then I restarted server but I can still pvp there >.<

You have to specify the area. For example the little town in Ghostlands and then look for that

Note: The correct area could be tracked by typing: .gps .

I think there was a problem with the gps thing (not always the right zone id) but anyway yes you can use it

Just take the number of a zone where that is allowed (Dustwallow Marsh etc.)

Nope thats impossible. All changing of models, names, colors or whatever graphics requieres a custom patch for everyone to download
