Ok when i try to enter wow it goes through the loading screen then gives me an error 132 what causes that

I can't open the batch files by themselves nor with the Ecko tool included. I get the error message "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application."

I think this was a great guide, I have run it without a problem, I have connected to the emulated game several times, I even have several toons on it now. Today when I left normal wow to test out a new spec & gem selection then my current main to see how it would effect me I get this error.

I had no issues before & nothing has changed on my computer since the last time I accessed my game. I also don't use a firewall when using my private server. If this has already been answered can someone please link me to the fix for this issue, as I did not notice one in all of the posts. Thanks

*EDIT* I am not sure exactly what I did, but after posting this, I went to work, after awhile my windows went to my profile select screen, I reentered, ran the mysql configuration wizard, following the steps in the guide, retyped in root, the same pw as before, when I clicked on execute when it got to the very last think, I got a huge error. Afterwards I tried it again, this time it stopped on the second to last item from execute, without error, & when I ran Logon Server it went to hooking without issues.

If anyone else is having this problem, I would suggest trying to reconfigure your mysql following the guide exactly. Hopefully this will fix the 10061 error.

When i configure MySQL, i click to execute.
Prepare Configuration - Tick
Write Config file - Tick
Start Service - Cross - "Could Not Start Service root. Error:0

Any ideas why it's doing this?
