Okay so everything works GREAT It was an awesome guide. But heres my problem...I cant get into the world. And when I say that I mean, I can create a character, and log in, but it just sticks on the loading screen. Am I missing something?

1.when my friend ask me how do they get on to my realm to play with me , what do i tell them??????

You tell them the realm list of your server, if you have a look here my guide tells you how to make it live. (click the "here" button for the guide)

make an account there and go for your life. once u make an item/vendor you will have to use the TOP ascent info that it gives you, not the bottom one!

I`ve got a tiny little problem with my database.
When i add the database names Accounts, i cant find it again, when i try to make a new one, a error message comes that showes: The account database already exist.
What can i do to find mah account database ?

Plz help me, i first click logonserver.exe and then ascent.exe and this is the problem...
In the importer i first click W and when finish C, then i create account in SQL, what is the problem?in ascent.conf and logonserver.conf i put localhost 127.0.0.1

I did everything the guide says.. and read the all these pages about it and only one person had my prob but noone ever said anything about it so here is a pic of what we are seeing

Hi guys, i had the same problem with the login screen...I couldn't come in, i didn't really fix it i did it all from scratch, it didn't take more than 10 minutes because i had everything i needed on my computer and i copyed the "maps" folder to my desktop so i didn't have to recreate the maps folder that took at least 10 minutes...So i guess im sorry my only advice to those who has problems with login screens is recreate it all from scratch HINT: Copy your "maps" folder to desktop or whatever to save time (if you maybe remember the longest part of the private server creation was map copying..:/) Now to the logonserver.exe+ascent.exe problems, let's start with "Outlands" problem, Outlands have you changed everything in logonserver.conf, ascent.conf and realms.conf? If you have done that then i guess it's your MySQL thats playing pranks with you, i would say re-configure your MySQL, but then you lose data so i guess you need to remake your private server if not some SQL expert could solve it for you :P, a tip if you're doing it all over again: save your "maps" folder so you don't need to to that all over again ..And now to Riath's problems, Riath i think your problem is that you didn't write exactly right in your .conf files double check that you did, if it still doesn't work then i don't have a good answer but come back later, i think i'll think something out...Anyway if you like me helping you +Rep me please, i don't like being called Site n00b :P. I hope i helped you a little bit anyway.. Bye and have fun pwning being GM (I attached most of the commands i had to, made it myself. Enjoy ;D!)

When i press ctrl+d the databases only come up with the subfolders of (Views, Stored Procs and functions) ive uninstalled Sqlyog and Mysql and its still the same Please help!

Swift123, when you hit ctrl +d you make a new DB and all that should be in it is your subfolders. You have to use the importer tool to put the other stuff in it.

Now,Does anyone know how to acctually play once you've gotten past all the errors? I can load everything up make a character then when i log in.. all i see is the loading screen.. it just stays full never goes to the game.. I've extracted the maps and all ( I think.. used Ad_enUS made a "maps" folder ran it and put it in my repack folder) So.. if anyone could help That would be great! thanks.

@ dase I checked my config files ten billion times it was something with the .exe .. or something idk i got a new repack and it worked first time.. cept i cant get past the loading screen..

Had this issue but found a fix !

Make sure the " RemotePassword = "Ascent" " in the middle of ascent.conf matches the one you entered in loginserver.conf to the letter ! had a "ascent" on one and a "Ascent" on the other changing them both to the same let them authenticate

u made a list of commands?? haha dude u can get those commands from every second website on the web, and i still dont see how u helped any one... u told them to copy their maps folder...... that doesnt help, l2follow the guide and it will work...

hi guys, my server is running perfectly, but two races are missing, the bottom ones on the alliance and horde, any help would be appriciated
