Every time I try to resave my hosts file, it says "Cannot save to C:\windows\system32\drivers\hosts--make sure the path name and file names are correct... I don't know what to do. then i try to delete the host file, then save my new one i made in notepad to there, and it says i don't have permission, AND I AM THE ADMIN OF MY COMPUTER! I'm not sure... any help? thanks

u use vista? if you are using vista, copy the whole file on to your desk and edit it there. then save the changes and overwrite it in the original map then the changes should work

Ok, im so angry that im not gonna read the pages, anyway, i have a router and 2(maybe 3) PC behind it, i did all the steps and my brother on the second PC couldnt connect, he changed realmlist and i change all 127.0.0.1 to my host name. He gets this Unable to connect, i myself can login and enjoy GM but he can't, please help

I really need help with this one. I've written my Dynamic DNS (stickskull.homeip.net) where you say I should've, and it works well when I try to log on and everything, but when I am gonna go on the realm I click on the realm and then there's a window that's saying "Logging into realm..." and then the realm window pops up again, and I can't log in to the realm.

Please help. I'd appreciate it.
