Easy way to make a 2.1.X Server

idk if someone already asked, too many pages, but once I install MySQL and hit configure now, nothing happens and the window closes. I can't proceed any further. what do I do?

edit: i think i will start all over again, as i cannot run navicat because library files are missing

Ok all work right but there is a little problem when i try to connect in my private server, I have try to connect in the realm list of the public server it's ok :

Unable to validate game version. This may be caused by a file corruption or the interference by another program.

sorry for asking... When I log into a character on my server the game instantly crashes after the loading is finished is there anyway to fix that?

This is a pretty simple question to answer. For those you are already enjoying a private server, it'll only take a few seconds. What do you need to have up once logging into WoW after you create an account via Navicat? Heres the background.

Ok, so yesterday I spent about 30-60 minutes following this guide. Shall I mention, it IS a great guide, and I ran into NO errors the second run through. I was so happy to finally be able to follow a guide online, and actually succeed, as it is/was the first time. So I finally get to the last step. simply logging into WoW. My antrix.exe, logonserver.exe, command line client, and navicat application are all open, of course along with WoW. I remember/remembered clearly what my username and pass is, that I just created using Navicat. I go into WoW, enter the very exact information I actually went through the trouble of writing down, and hit enter to logon. An error message pops up. I realize the guide says it may take a few tries, so I continue to enter the password over and over. However, the same message continues to pop up. It just says the password/username combination is invalid. I actually would post a screen of the message, but I don't have 3 posts.. lol.

I go back into Navicat and make another account trying that too. It still fails. So I decide to come here and post to see what some of you guys who have already gotten in think is wrong.

So heres my list of what needs to be opened while trying to log in to WoW:

antrix.exe all the way to "Process Priority Adjusted to High"
logonserver.exe all the way to "Hooking Signals"
Navicat Application
Command Line Client to the point after entering the database password.
Of course WoW
And a NEW WoW username and pass created through Navicat.

So I really need some help, and for those of you who already got into the private server, just tell me what you had opened.

When you start the logonserver.exe and let it finish loading, a few lines up from the very bottom you should see "precaching accounts..." does it say "1 accounts." or zero accounts?

Ah, I was wondering if that was the problem. It actually says 0 accounts. Do you know how to fix it?

on number 11 when you said
Once connected right click on the Antrix database and click execute batch file. Look for Antrix_Update.sql in the SQL Databases folderand select it .

i clicked on the antrix database and it didnt have the execute batch file.

Ah, I was wondering if that was the problem. It actually says 0 accounts. Do you know how to fix it?

Ya when you set up the account in Navicat you have to hit the check mark at the bottom of that window to save the account.

Well, I thought I had already done that the first time through. Now, I open logonserver.exe and it does say "1 accounts."

The problem is, I've made so many accounts trying to figure it out (a total of 10.. lol) so I'm not really sure which one to use. Is the first account I created the "1" account?

It would be helpful if it provided a grid to see all of the accounts I made, to try them all, but I can't figure that out either.

It's hard to say.. i would assume that the "1 account" is the most recent one you created.. so try that one first.. but if that doesnt work you might have to try all of them.

When I try to log in to the private server it comes up cant logg in because a file interruption or something like that...What can I do to success log in?
