when I open arcemu-world.exe its seems to work fine then it crashes, telling me: Access violation at 0x7354E1E3 any idea?

I have a silly question. I keep getting "Unable to validate game version bla bla bla" i was wondering if this was due to the fact i downloaded the latest patches. If that's not the case can someone tell me what might be causing this issue and how to possibly fix it.
