thats because you have Vista, its the most buggy comp operating system and barely anything works...

Where do I get the MySQL Database to run? I clicked Arcemu-Logonserver.exe, and That wouldn't work because I have no db to find. It says whenever i try to connect to heidisql or whatever and says "Connection failed due to : `Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' <10061>` So thats basically it

you didn't set up MySQL 5.0...
keep an eye on this guide because i'm making a video on how to set it up...

i cant download the ncdbarcemu because the link you give is not complete, its said "..." on the link when you click it, the file not found.

hey first off thanks Kanng for this great guide, so far so good but I haven't YET run in to a problem however I haven't finished it just yet but on the step

Alright now, back out until before you went into 'extras'
go to Win.
Double click arcemuVC90 and wait until it opens. open that up and there should be two boxes called debug and Win32 change debug to release.
now go to the tool at the top called Build and select clean solution.
when that is done go back to the Build tool and select Build Solution.

I forgot to change "Debug" to "Release"
but all of them succeeded
what's going to happen now?
And how can I undo/fix this step?

EDIT: All of them failed on the last build :P lol

EDIT: Ok I re-did it and I got it to finish successfully
I got the DBC files and maps all together but when I try to start up world
It crashes and I get

"N Server has crashed. Reason was: an Access Violation at 0x704DE1E3"

right after it finished loading spell skills
and right before loading totem spells.....any help would be greatly appreciated.

ok lol all you gotta do is download HeidiSQL follow my guide on making your server public, take your external IP and use that as host, and the set up MySQL 5.0

Just to let you know, the last revision for 2.4.3 isn't 1568. It's 1545.

wow you have no idea what you're talking about, i dont wana hear it from a leecher... Also 1568 is the most stable 2.4.3 so i don't how bout you let me help people on my OWN guide.
