Messed up Item Query

I just recently got a server up... but now I'm messed up on a part.... When I queried my custom items in Navicat, so they would be added, they didn't actually add... but when I queried again, it says it's duplicated... so I assumed it was there... but it's not there, I can't add it to my character... Can anybody help?

Well im gonna give ya some advice ..
1st) if you post in the correct forum your more likely to get a answer to questions.. There is a section for questions

and 2nd) Check if you made the Item numbers over 200000 as thats the max for an unaltered database..

Other then that Clear your cache everytime you play and restart server before trying to add them
