So i cant extract it from the .rar file

Okey, i have fixed everything but when i start my realm.. an error message appear ( on swedish ) that says anything about that it cant start C:/ac web.. blah blah.../blah/script_bin/GlobalNPC.dll
Can anyone help me out, please?
