1. Is the disk full? Make sure you have free space.
2. Try running it as an Administrator.
3. It's possible the database has been corrupted if you didn't shut it down properly. You should either use the "Stop MySQL.bat" script in the server folder, or press CTRL+C in the window to shut it down. If you closed it with the X button it's possible that the data has been corrupted, as that is not a proper shutdown. Pressing the X is the same as killing the process from Task Manager.
