FYI, you don't have to download the entire Visual Studio Express program to fix the dll errors when running the server startups. You only need the Visual Studio Redistributable extension pack available here:

it's only 4.8mb and having this on your computer will fix not only the errors with this server repack, but probably every other server repack you've downloaded in the past and couldn't get to work. Everyone remembers the .Net framework fix, but for some reason whenever a repack comes out, regardless of who it's made by, people seem to overlook the redist DLL pack. I think it may be because the people developing the repacks already have visual studio installed for the purposes of compiling the repack, but the average user just trying to get things done as simply as possible probably won't have it yet because they're not a developer. Anyway, my two cents, take it how you like

PS: I figured this out by typing the name of the missing DLL file into google. Once google told me it was a file contained in the C++ redist then it clicked that the server was looking for dev extensions that weren't there. A little research, and all is well

When I try to open the Items table I get an error which doesn't allow me to edit gear/weapons/etc. Can you please help me fix this problem. Here is a screen shot.

So Im totaly new to setup a wow server and try to get my way the djungle of diffent guids and what to do. I have decided to use this Repack and just wonder if someone can help me point me to the right newbe direction to setup a server with this pack ?

Are there any dokumentation to start with and what to do with the repack ?
Sorry for this newb questions but I have looked around internet and all guides say diffrent things, what to install, bla bla bla.

I run a win2008 x64 Server in Hyper-V (virtual server) and hoping this wont be any problem.

ArcEmu might be better for big servers etc, cus of multithreading and stuff, but honestly who intending to make the next toxic uses a repack. Trinity ftw

OK HELP!!! cant create an account on this repack! well i can but it says invalid user/pass like if its not even there! how do i do this please help!

ok so i did a test with the login server and world down and it is connecting just fine. the problem is that when i make an account(or import an account from an old server) it just says invalid user/pass. Anyone have any idea/fix?

also i have used several other arcemu's and i dont get this prob can some1 help me!

New prob.. everytime i make a toon i get like tier gear.. just made a warrior and got full priest tier... and my dks ap ungeared is 6k.. any fixes?
