No it wont realmd.exe closes immediatly with this message in the logs file :

You use Hosting Behind A Router
if so port 3724 is closed on the router.
Try here:
WhatsMyIP.org : Port Scanners/Sniffers
Custom Port Test
and check port 3724 ist open or no

2 times in my router and the tool still says its closed
it says all my opened up ports are closed :S

if you open Windows Firewall
then disable
starts so realmd.exe

But my friend that posted earlier here had realmd and mangosd that did run can i add you on msn messenger to send you the files maybe you find something in it ,
Cause with those files i only kept hanging on the connected screen

And i dunno if its important but i ran an ArcEmu server on another port and that worked isnt it possible to run Mangos on the same port as my Arcemu runned on ?

Quanta i tried changing a few things like you did in my friends realm d and now it starts up it only doesnt load the realm so i dont get in the character screen i have a realm loop thats what its called i belive this are my cfg's that startup correctly :

Hi Quanta, thanks for your hard work with this pack.

Unfortunately, I seem to be having the exact same problem that princeofpop is experiencing. Repack works great as a local server, but I cannot go public because of the realmd error. I've tried all the fixups that you've recommended for princeofpop and none seem to have worked.

The error is

and check again
stop all programs running out of realmd.

If it works on localhost and need to go and external IP
If port 3724 is not closed somewhere.
I can not explain otherwise

yes possible
so then in reamlist.wtf
must set "set realmlist dfswow.game-server.cc:8129"
reamld.conf port in 8129
in db port should be 8085
