Hiya,

First of all, thanks for the great repack... but I'm having a little problem.
The Vmapextractor always crashes.. it happens while processing.

Anyone else having this problem or am I the only one?

I downloaded UltraCore 4 and dropped the extractor batch files into the WoW Main folder.
I have all .Net Frameworks (up to 4.0) installed so that shouldn't be causing problems.
I'm running a Windows XP machine with all Service Packs.

I would love to have the vmaps since it alot nicer running with vmaps.
Anyone able to help me out ?

From my.cnf:

mySQL is looking for the ultracore directory, i.e. c:\ultracore.

Thanks for putting this repack together.

I got everything installed ok. I try to connect and the WoW client says it cannot retrieve realmlist. On the realmserver it's saing [Auth] got unknown packet from "and.my.ip.address"

I am running client 3.3.3 (11723)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First I found that the installer is ignoring the htdoc folder since its empty
Please add a new folder htdoc I will have this corrected on next update
I just noticed that the installer did NOT create that folder in your server directory

So please add it and you should not have a problem with it launching

if not you need to create your username password
It sounds to me like you entered a wrong user/pass combo

Well thanks for the reply... I found out what caused the crash, it was my Firewall.
Just succesfully extracked the vmaps!

Well, can I start by saying that this repack so far has been great, both when using the all in one install, and the manual install available in the repo. Quick and easy to get up and running, then very stable. Not without its problems though, which can't always be helped, but there's a few issues that I'd like to see if they're fixable or if they're just general issues.

First of all, quite a few instance events don't seem to respond correctly, the main one I've found so far is Svala Sorrowgrave in Utgarde Pinnacle. I can understand newer instances being riddled with bugs, but Utgarde's an older instance, so it's a little more puzzling. The image of Arthas spawns, yells two random lines, which aren't from his script, then the Val'kyr version of Svala spawns, but is friendly (green) and doesn't despawn the original Svala or any of the obersver people. The instance has to stop there of course, because that boss is now unfightable.

I've tried with 3 different databases, YTDB, TDB and the one that comes with Ultra Core. All give slightly different responses in how Arthas speaks or doesn't speak, though none are correct, and in the end, Svala ALWAYS ends up the same; friendly, and no longer running her event. TrinityCore reports something along the lines of "ERROR: TSCR: DoScriptText with source entry 29281 (TypeId=3, guid=21829 could not find text entry -1575015" which I assume is what is halting the event script.

Is this a known problem, or is this repairable?

then reinstall wampp, install the version 4 of ultracore, use them
But still don't work ='(

Why in the v4 you have set the admin level account to 5 O_o ?
I've see somewhere that's the administrator account is 3 on trinity ^^

I've located the error: I have got 2 wow folders, and 1 automaticaly says me that I've been disconnected.

The other let me arrive to ... the realm selection, than it stays blocked at connected -_-"

Edit2: Problem solved too I have just to clear my cache folder XD.

I have not had a chance to update to version4 yet, but with version3, on the PVP world, Horde characters are hostile to the trainers in the stratholmn starting area, and some of the npc's just dont wanna talk to a hordie? Im sure its a quick db fix,just have not had the time to check it out yet.

has this been corrected in version 4?

Lorac and PRYD well, I wanted to ask because when I'm in the frozen throne, I am. gm off and I can not see the lich king and Tirion Fordring, when I'm at. gm on I can see someone could explain why this happens? in . gm off but do not see them. gm I see some response on that?

If you check some posts before you would understand why, ICC is still in developement. But if you choose an ALLIANCE character instead of horde, then you can see him without GM ON
