The user name and password for mysql is located within the old config files. The user name and password should be root1 and ascent.

Make sure you have mysql running and in navicat click on connection then give it a name, leave whats already there alone and just put in the user name and password above.

open up your worldserver.conf and set the passwords for mysql

Should look something like this.

LoginDatabaseInfo = "127.0.0.1;3306;root;ascent;realmd"
WorldDatabaseInfo = "127.0.0.1;3306;root;ascent;world_blizz"
CharacterDatabaseInfo = "127.0.0.1;3306;root;ascent;char_blizz"
MaxPingTime = 30
WorldServerPort = 8085
BindIP = "0.0.0.0"

Cuz my trinity realm isn't working, I opened it with notepad, matched it exactly to the navicat settings, and after I run it, it immidiately closes

Yes, you need to run both.
Bind ip should stay 0.0.0.0

Apache is not working? More specific pls.
As for the realm, check the log, or if none set loglevel higher in config.
My guess: typo in realm config database info

Another program is already running on port 80 (the web-port) that apache uses.
It probably is another webserver. Do you have xampp/wamp/.. installed?
Check http://127.0.0.1 If you see anything there it means apache is already running on your system
