LOL!!! i fixed the error crashing the core instant after u get the new AD.exe go to ur trinity folder go in trinitycore.confg thingy look up for the Logondatabse : it will be WorldDatabaseInfo = "127.0.0.1;3306;root;ascent;ytdb" << it must be like this (ytdb) simple problem that got me pissed

Shibly, Your problem is that the map files are outdated.

Please use this download link to download a new ad.exe and remake the maps.

I am having a weird problem and this is the closest post I could figure would have anything to do with it.... I can't seem to enable the Wotlk expansion.. whenever I take the boat from stormwind harbor it puts me back at the front of the gate (stormwind) It says you need to have the Wotlk installed to go to this area.?? I am updated to 3.1.3.. anyone have this problem?

Move the "AC Web Ultimate Repack" folder to the C:\ drive.

ie. C:\AC Web Ultimate Repack\



Open up navicat, open the trinnrealm database and open the account table, find the "expansion" column, Rightclick ON THE COLUMN and hit "set display format" a box will pop up, change the value to "2" and hit ok and ur done.

BTW I did try changing the value to '2' even tried turning gm on and tele there.. keeps giving me the same error. It thinks I still have burning crusade installed. I really want to see the new area, and the deathnights.

Well if you only need your account to be updated to wotlk go the the table where you changed the "display format" to '2' now just change it for your account instead of everyones account.

if that doesnt work try making a new account by the website and set its field into '2'

Apache is only needed to run the website, so u can close that.

However to fix your MySql issue, move the repack to the C:\ drive.

ie. C:\AC Web Ultimate Repack\
