But in my case I have a crap load of hardware and connection speed to run the server, I'm sadly lacking the skills to make alot of my own things. Which programs did you use to add the quests and all? Are there web versions I could give access to my database so I could just plug the quest info into it?

Can you explain more precisely? I couldn't really understand it. Also, I used Navicat and Mysql for DB work. Rest is knowledge and whatsoever.

I've been attempting to make my own mod, but I've had set backs when trying to make modifications to my server (mobs, instances, etc). I'm looking for web tools that I could add to my server that would allow me to just put in like the quest information and kills.

Ok, how exactly do you alter the classes? I was thinking about using my Trinity server as a test ground, but google seems to turn up nothing about altering classes. Any help that you guys could throw my way I would be thankful for, but for now, I will keep comparing the databases from a normal arcemu and this one to see if I can see how they are altered.
