Of course it's hard to find one on mmowned since only repacks are released here and repack creators are often ascent users, that's why most repacks are ascent/arcemu/etc. But there is one that 98% of all mangos users use and that's UDB (Unified Database) which can be downloaded at their forums:
UDB 0.11.0: "The Kraken" is published

They are working on wotlk and have already full northrend spawned, but not instances yet, or death knight starting place. Maybe in next release.
