There are no accounts loaded into the DB already, and as you apperently know, the DB is bugged, I'm sure he is working on it
Error is
"SQL Error: Can't create/write to file 'C:\xampp\tmp\#spl_47c_0.MYI'
(Errcode: 2)"

This error comes with the attempt to open any DB file or table

well i got it runing str8 away but a bit upset by how small the repack actually is
there is only about an hour of game play bedsides that GREAT consept can wait for future expansions

Ok i've found the bug and fixed. Going to be uploading a new version with a whole new area and several bug fixes later; but for now I will add a download to fix the bug at the moment!

maybe you should try fix the bug where you can join both factions by doing .start

Maybe normal players cant do .start =P
Also I've removed hearthstone and auto unstuck to normal players till you talk to a innkeeper to stop you going back to the start. The only way would be to hack. To change the heroe starting locations simple go to player_createinfo or if you want to change where the teleporter goes to it's the "Faction_Chooser.lua" in the scripts folder. Also it is frustraiting because all these things are very minor bugs and It takes me so long to upload each time I fix one small bug
