Go into navicate find the table called "groups" right click and press Empty table.

delete from `groups`

btw Table "Account_copy" is FULL of emails and IP addresses not sure if they are real but if they are you should dump that file form the DB

In navicat, opened account table, empty, created username Admin only place i see for password is SHA_PASS_HASH, left it empty went forth and set gm lvl 4 and tbc 2....what am i missing?

You gotta create accounts in the mangosd.exe console:

create sustain517 123456

Then:
Acc name: Sustain517
Password: 123456

then do setexpansion Sustain517 2
Then you have WotLK Acc.

Then do setgm Sustain517 4
Then you have admin rank
