My bad. I had completely forgotten about the settings in the repack config files. I tampered with them for the last time a long time ago and I don't quite remember what made it work. Replace 127.0.0.1 with the Hamachi IP

Hello, thank you so much for sharing these awesome resources! I am having trouble getting Dragonflight to work. I have downloaded the repack, the client, and the needed assets (maps, vmaps, etc). I placed them all in the clientdata folder after extracting. However, vmaps is empty. And when I try to run the worldserver, I get an error that it is "unable to load map or vmap data for starting zones - shutting down!" I am not sure what I am doing wrong and I would love some help. Thank you again!

Hello. I think it was the main folder of the repack but I'm not sure. Open worldserver.conf in the repack with a text editor and find DataDir. That's the path setting

Sorry no playerbots for wod. As for wod both repacks are more or less the same(Firestorm source). They even use the same client data(maps, dbc etc). That's why one is 2 gigs and the other 500mb. To save disk space

You can use the Firestorm mini client or The WoWCircle mini client. They download data as you play from their respective servers. Run only using Arctium Launcher, don't run from the game executable directly. Simply place one of them in a empty new folder or a folder containing the full client.

The patched client is supposed to work with any private server and repack. It shold work over LAN and WAN if you set up the repack correctly and use the right IP.

Sorry I'm not quite sure how to set that up, I extracted the blizzard entertainment programdata file, and tried to launch and it can't connect, strangely I am not getting error 114 but error 105. I keep the portal set to localhost per the instructions however if the portal is set to localhost how can I change it to tell the client to connect to my host computer? Sorry if I'm missing something simple lol this is the only expansion I haven't been able to figure out.

You need to change the realm adress in the db, do port forwarding 8085 is used by the realm, 1119 is used by the bnetserver, allow mysql, bnetserver, worldserver through the firewall both on public and private. I may have forgotten some ports and some settings particularly in the worldserver. RA and SOAP come to mind through i think you may disable them. there might be some other settings i may have forgotten. Localhost in portal is used when playing locally.

Find Set portal in config.wtf inside wtf folder of the game client. You can open config.wtf with any text editor such as notepad. Set portal "IP adress or DNS"

I finally got it to work by setting the LAN connecting computer to the external IP instead of the local IPV4. Wasn't able to get the LAN ip to work but external working fixed the problem lol thanks for the replies.

Hey there,
I need some help. I extracted and launched SPP Legion V2 — all the servers start up fine, but when I try to log in at the Realm Name ("Single Player Project"), it just stays on the "Logging in to game server" screen forever. I can't actually get into the game.

I’ve already forwarded the necessary ports and double-checked the client settings.
Funny thing is, I downloaded some of the other servers, and those work just fine — I can log in and play without issues. It's just SPP Legion V2 that’s giving me trouble.

Anyone got an idea what else could be the problem?

What I’ve found out now is that I can log in with accounts that already existed, like the ADM@ADM account, but when I create a new account, logging in doesn’t work – even if I give the new account GM level.
