9.2.7 Shadowlands exe.7z - Google Drive. It has 3 mini clients for SL. Try either the Firestorm one or The WoWCircle one. Again put into the main folder of the game and run from arctium launcher. if it tells you to press any button to continue you press some key. It should not hava casc error as long as the server it downloads game data from is up and running. You already tried the unmodified one but that doesn't work for you .
If you downloaded the full game from torrent the main folder of the game has Data folder. Arctium launcher goes into the main folder. Also there's a folder called _retail that also goes into the main folder
Don't mix DF with SL . they are two separate versions of the game and you should treat them as such(separate folders for each client). SL client can only play SL servers, DF can only play on DF servers and so on( I don't know why you mentioned DF here but it's fine to use their DF client to connect to other private servers and repacks)
Those who have the full from torrent simply place the executables into the folder
Those who don't have the full game download simply put the mini client into some folder and it downloads the game as they play.
A little explanations to clear some things up.
Firestorm has a CDN-the casc-they modified the wow executable to download the game as you play from Firestorm and not from Blizzard (since it''s an old version of WoW)
The wow executable allows log ins into the blizzard game servers but they made it on purpose to not allow any connections to custom private servers
Firestorm modified the wow.exe to allow connections but now the made it only to allow playing on the firestorm game server. I corrected that by modifiying the modified wow executable to allow connections to other private servers. Use my versions of their executables and run from the Arctium launcher. As far i checked their WOD and BFA wow.exe allow connections only to the Firestorm server(My versions of them allow to any). Their BFA and DF clients can connect to any private server. As of now only the SL version(mine version requires to be run using the arctium launcher).
Hi very good execution of the explanation.
I am talking about Dragonflight because we have a DF server here and would like to use it that way,
that's why I asked for the DF client which can't be modified.
I will test your explanation during the day, thank you for that

Thanks for the explanation,
I am talking about Dragonflight because I have the Dragonflight server running. I would like to be able to log in to the client once from outside and within my LAN.

https://youtu.be/ORH6Hi10J7U try this tutorial. the only difference is that dragonflight client uses set portal in config.wtf in wtf folder of the game client instead of set realmlist in realmlist.wtf

Hi,
Something is not working on my site.
we assume the same IP/subnet range. (within the LAN)
copied the whole client to another system in the LAN, as described in your workflow, adjusted config.wtf & started arctium client -> result no connection.
Do you have any final idea?

Hi. The guide i gave u and which is tried doesnt require portforwarding or setting up a dns, U download hamachi on every pc, u register and make a network on hamachi. It gives u IP adress. On every hamachi you log into the same network, u open the database of the repack with db editor, auth db->realmlist table and u edit the realm ip. U put there the IP which hamachi gave u, u edit every config.wtf in every client and you put the same IP of the hamachi in Set portal " " between the quotes. Some people reported problems so it's recommended that you add an exception for the hamachi in the firewall

ok, i have seen the tutorial and it is plausible.
I have tested in the LAN without himachi, which should also work according to the TCPIP standard.
more exact. Server has the ip 192.168.1.100 local client 192.168.1.100 works.
another client in the network 192.168.1.101 where only the full WOW client Firestorm 10.2.7 is running does not work.
Do I understand correctly that the Hamatchi VPN is always required, even for LAN only?

Yes, as I said you need it on every pc.

short update, it is still not runing, not with hamachi vpn and also without, do you have an idea to troubleshoot the connectionproblem.
"Result you have been disconnected"
local connection with hamachi works very well.

Hello. Hamachi worked for me and a friend
It goes just like as the old saying which goes "But It's working on my pc,yes but we are not going to give your pc to the customer"
On every pc you should enable hamachi on firewall allow connections both pulbic and private. On every pc you should use hamachi and be logged into the network you made.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SG0iDutrKgI Video tutorial on how to do that.

I believe that it works for you.
in the meantime I have tested it with WoLK and it works great, MS firewall, Hamachi, local LAN and external connections work great.
When I try it with Dragonflight, it only works locally (all on one machine)
I am now assuming a wrong flag in the worldserver.conf.
I'm just not sure what settings I have to make or where the "allowed" access is regulated
after more trys .. .It is Still working

bnetserver.conf
LoginREST.Port = 8081
LoginREST.ExternalAddress=25.hamachiIP.148
LoginREST.LocalAddress=192.local.address.of.device
LoginREST.TicketDuration=3600

Thank's a lot for your Support

I've heard that post WOTLK content has been far more difficult to get working in repacks. What's the quality of those ShadowLands compared to say Legion repacks, what's endgame like/are there still updates to them etc?
Cheers.

My bad. I had completely forgotten about the settings in the repack config files. I tampered with them for the last time a long time ago and I don't quite remember what made it work. Replace 127.0.0.1 with the Hamachi IP
LoginREST.ExternalAddress=HamachiIP
LoginREST.LocalAddress=HamachiIP
# LoginREST.ExternalAddress
# Description: IP address sent to clients connecting from outside the network where bnetserver runs
# Set it to your external IP address
#
# LoginREST.LocalAddress
# Description: IP address sent to clients connecting from inside the network where bnetserver runs
# Set it to your local IP address (common 192.168.x.x network)
# or leave it at default value 127.0.0.1 if connecting directly to the internet without a router
#

Yes it true, Cata and Mop are relatively good working but not the same quality as wotlk. Unfortunately everything post MOP is in a very bad state. The projects are abandoned with the exception of SSP V2 for Legion( I think). I remember somebody asked a similar question somewhere and as I said to them anything post MOP is GOD given, It is what it is, I'm grateful to have any working emulator at all, I downloaded these repacks before the links died, Retail Core updated to TWW but i backed up their repack while it was still on DF. That's why i shared them. Shadowlands is a buggy mess and WOD/BFA/SL/DF won't get updates. The emulation scene is pretty much dead post MOP with the exception of Legion. Only Firestorm and WoWCircle run expansions post MOP and of course all the Legion servers.

Correction / Update
A VPN is not absolutely necessary.
other steps are necessary on the FW to make certain ports accessible.
I have set up my setup without Hamachi VPN and it works. has the advantage that my friends do not need Hamachi and we save the cost of a license.
