ya, dont know if this post is dead or not, but umm, i cant tell if the voting or items being sent are working. the box pops up perfectly. but after you vote should it go back to your main page or somewhere else? also how long should it take for the items to arrive?

hi ok i have setup this vote thing.

is there anyway to only use this on character names because when i use it, it gives me an error that i didnt enter a username and password.

but i have to manny realms so i only wanna use this on my fun realm and only with character names.

i have searched the entire vote.php for how i can edit the username + pass option but cant find it.
some help please.

OK ill be the first to admit im a website noob. Where do i put the 3 php scripts? into what folder. and where is

*edit i got it to work! just put <?php include("vote.php"); ?> at the end of index.php file in htdocs folder! and the 3 php files go in ur htdocs folder where index.php is

Open the file you want this to pop up in.
-Add this anywhere in the file:
<?php include("vote.php"); ?>
I recommend right after <body> or right before </body>, it shouldn't be in a div or a span or any other container.

Does this work with MaNGOS? Because the scripts for Mailbox and Mail are different, anyone can give us a working MaNGOS script please?

i have a Slight problem.... It ISNT Re-directiing me to the Vote URL, along with, i click vote, takes me to blank page, i click backspace then i can vote over and over.. not sure if it sent all to mailbox, lemme log on and check.. brb

OK, it sent to mailbox, but only ONCE.. witch is GREAT Working JUST FINE!!! but.. still the re-direction URL problem..

TheSpidey I love you voting script.. it's sweet and to the point.
My only problem is... what if I want my voters to receive multiple items with one vote?
(ie: 1 of Each of the Scolls under the option of "Attribute Scrolls"?)
I've tried putting multiple values under the same option... but I cant get it to work....
Any help is greatly appreciated.

What do I put in votewatch.php if there is no source? Or do I combine both vote and votegateway into votewatch.php?

I cant get this to work? I'm pretty sure its b/c i still dont know how to set it up even after reading it. you said:

I tried putting the scripts on a page on my site and the popup kinda worked but it looks kinda out of proportion and has an error with it seen in the SS below:

So what am i doing wrong plz help me to understand this it seems like a good idea and all but i cant seem to get it working...
