Can anyone here post coordinates of where the NPC is? I'm having a really tough time finding him.

It's a balloon flying around at the coords that the guy is said to be at. It doesn't say that on wowhead but it does on thottbot. It's flying around and on my server the npc's remain still so you gotta stay on the balloon / floating ship thing that is flying around until they start to kind of go through it. You need a flying mount to find it or a hack.

Doesn't work on scape as far as I know. Because you can't find the NPC, to my experiences at least.

wait i was wondering i tried this on my realm which is eternian and all it did was attack the mob and nothing else happens im assuming it doesn't work on enemy mobs and ONLY on npc
