Tip to anyone who didn't already know.

You have to change a item of which it has no current use: effects.
and try to use a i.d above 9999 because i found anything below that has too many addresses to change (doing so will nearly always crash your wow and you have to start the process all over again)

The best items to use for any of the "Change a item with no text under the name into a quest item" exploits are the 2 shirts you can buy in the dalaran first aid shop. They have 10-30 addresses and they never crash you. If when you change the values correctly and it says "This spell is not available to you" it just means that they disabled that spell on your server. This happened on WoWTorn with several different exploits of the same type. Also it is a very good idea to delete cache after every time you use this or it'll start screwing up.

lol that is item bug from db i doubt it`ll be on other serv too except if they use same db :x but unfortunetly on scapegaming u can use CE only to hack ur speed

I would have to agree Scape locks out CE for the most part but haven't really spent time with WPE pro to see if there's any progress there.

They spend all their time fixing stuff on this forum instead of just fixing their game lol. Instead of enjoying the server, people are pissed and rather find fun in glitchin it.

The 1100 would've helped alot and just closed off on being able to be used.

Me and A WoW Hacking group have found many more exploits that could be used with this that can be used for bigger and better things, but this is a good start. Try to build off with it.

If you have a server with Vote Rewards that you get to pick, you can just spend (usually 3) vote points on the item, bypassing CE completely. Neverendless WoW, for example, has this system. The downside is that the shard doesn't work. (Bla bla spell can't be used, etc.)

don't know why, my server use 3.0.9 and i still can't cast it..
the item is change, but when i use it, my character still cast all the time, and the buff not applied..
cast all the time means my character hands full of lighting, but the buff never come...
