To stack a glyph, u get two of the same. Cast 1 on a slot, then after that quickly cast another one. ON a different slot?

so does that mean i cast a major glyph on a major slot, then quickly cast another 1 on a minor slot?

Heard reports that this was working on VCN Frozen .. apparently it isn't however. Anyone else tried it on this server and got it to work? (Frozen not wrath)
