I don't get it... if you're "casting" a glyph into your book, it's a cast, meaning if you try to do anything else (such as cast another glyph) it just says "Another Action is in Progress".

Explain/Pictures please.

No if you do it when it's nearly done ie 70-80% in, it wont register the first action and you'll cast both.

Works on both ascent and mangos latest rev.
The moment between "another action is in progres" and "glyph already inscribed" is like 3ms so you will most likely fail the first time

Im doing it on VCN and i click it but it either says its already in the book, or i wont even get to cast the second one because antoher action is in progress. Can you please post a video?

Look at my post just above yours. There's a video link at the bottom of it where I do it. That's with very little latency.

To use this exploit more effectively, use Quartz, a casting bar mod addon.

You should start casting your next glyph when at the part where the cast bar is red (where it's already done but your clientside character is still casting).

Does this still work in VCN? I tried an no luck. I can only cast at 6 seconds or lower, after that it says the glyph is inscribed, or could it be my latency? 140ish.

dont forgot that you must cast 2nd glyph to another slot

its like caster class when you casting spell and its casting over in like 1 sec you start cast another and automatically 1st spell is casted instant and second begin's to cast (something like that )

it works on vcn frozen, not on wrath. I checked it.
