Bugged health regen

Well i was dueling some draenei on WoWfusion and i was standing there being a mage in t6 doing as much burst dps as possible and he just stood there and his health just kept going down the jumping all the way back to full and i could kill him so i started inspecting and well i found out that

apparently either all health regen on items are bugged or just this staff but i went out after i bought it or you can do the quest for it and started killing stuff i usually cant and my health would just jump back to full and i couldn't get killed
so that's all i have to say it is 100% working on WoW fusion i haven't tested it on any other servers if anyone can confirm on different servers that would be awesome

I almost bet no exploits work at wowscape, it always get hotfixed :/

wowscape doesn't even use the same emulators, they have their own and they are always coding it and fixing problems.

most items that provide healing are bugged. I saw a warrior with something like this and had on all pally healing gear with a couple of enchants thrown in getting healed after taking insane damage in BG

well i know it works for a fact on wowfusion so o.O

Any item that can be equiped, and can be used. Will heal you for about 200% the normal amount. Heals you for about 500 per second, while healing your group for 40k per second. Might be fixed.
