Need a Guard script

Hey every one

so i need a Mall guard script
i want him to make (Spell 37968 Soaring) when some one start Pvp

then when he land i want him to get teled back to the mall and if he start's pvp one more time the npc make the same spell but dont tele him back any way i can do that ?

Too bad such guard would be a cpu hog.

Instead, just use the player_kill hook.
