Or do i have to change a realmlistlike file to my server ?

you can just use glider or openbot and yes you will need 2 change ur realmlist

NO u dont need 2 change realm list go to Wowstatus.net and use wowfe and they have alot of good servers there 2 with i am up[loading mine now 2 the The Official Mary Jane Server join ull like

Yes, Glider will work on private servers. I'm sure you can find a cracked one if you look hard enough.
